We can keep you up and running with all the direct thermal/thermal transfer labels, tags, sheeted media and thermal ribbons you need.

We have an extensive inventory of dies of many shapes & sizes for your labels & tags.  If you need a size that we don’t currently have, we can have it made very quickly.

Because not all labels are created equal, we use genuine Fasson materials for our labels & tags.

There are hundreds of different types of material that can be used to produce labels. Let one of our sales associates help you find the material that is right for your application.

Labels consist of three (3) parts:

• First is the facestock.  This is the top of the label, the part that is printed on and the part that shows after it is applied to your product.
• Second is the adhesive.  This is applied at the factory to the back of the facestock. There are also many different types of adhesives, the one that is used depends on your application.
• Third is the liner or carrier.  This is the backing that you peel the label off of when it is time to apply the label.

Tags consist of one (1) part:

• Tags are generally made from a thicker material than labels so that they are stronger & stiffer.

Tags also usually have no adhesive applied to them.

When labels are produced, we use a numbering system to determine the unwind direction.  This is how the labels or tags will unwind for you. Click the link to the right to see a chart showing these numbers.
